09 January 2016 Hi friend My uncle have salary income from MNC.I have filed ITR from last 2 year.Now he want loan from bank.Is ITR and computation need to be certified by a CA.I have filed ITR and made computation by Self.He has no income except salary.Kindly help me.Thanks in advance.

09 January 2016 No ITR and computation need not be certified by CA. An assessee can file his own ITR by computing his own income under self assessment scheme. Moreover ITR itself bears the stamp (in case of manual) and bar code (in case of electronic) of IT department.
