Can a Company secretray of holding company certify DIN 4 form of director of its subsidiary company?

23 August 2011 No, because members of the 3 institutes who are in full time practice are entrusted for the certification of DIN-4.

As a special case in DIN 4 form, CS are also authorised who are in whole of employment of an existing company

23 August 2011 My observation was based on the instructions to DIN-4 given by MCA. Pl go through the same.
