09 March 2011 We incorporate a Private Limited company in the month of Feb.,2011 but till today I have not received the COI of the company.

Anybody please tell me the procedure to get it from ROC...

09 March 2011 Might have returned undelivered by Post office authorities. U may put up an application to the ROC along with a self addressed stamped envelope requesting to send again by registered post. U may also display the name board in the registered office and give a standing instruction in writing to the postal authorities to deliver article in that address.
