25 April 2012 Dear Sir,

We are builders & developers.we developed a mall in punjab.we are registered in service tax in architects services.during the construction we hired blue star for AC plant setup so we had paid Rs 30,00,000/- for service tax .after construction we added rent service in service tax registration.and now we received renting income .

So my question is can we take service tax input credit of blue star
