Dear all,
Please let me know that if a company got its ecc no. in july 2013 it applied for ecc no. in June 2013. Should the company get cenvat input on invoices from april 2013 or from june 2013 or from July 2013.

Assessee can take the cenvat credit on laying stock in regards to duty payment of final products.
