Cenvat credit on service tax paid with lease rent

Sir,Our one client which is an manufacturing concern,is paying service tax on lease rent and want to take cenvat credit on the same.Whether it is permissible?Please answer ASAP.Thanks in advance.Early answer will be appreciated.

Yes its allowed subject to condition manufacturer is not manufacturing any other exempted goods
