Cenvat Credit on Service Tax

25 December 2010 Respected Experts,
I am confuse about cenvat credit taken on service tax, can we mentioned Service Tax credit in service Tax return and Excise Return both or it would mentioned only in one return, Hope u can understand my problem

27 December 2010 You have to mention it in the returns as CENVAT register is one and both returns requires details of CENVAT credit.
