Dear Sir, we are 100% EOU Units. What is the procedure for credit taken on input raw material used in manufacture the finished product. Can we claim refund of duty such ?

yes you have to apply for separately for refund or you can apply for exemption for charging vat and submit to your suppliers

100% EOU unit can procure the inputs without payment of duty.
