14 August 2013 We are registered under "REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE".

Can we claim the CENVAT Credit of Service Tax paid on GTA Service under reverse charge mechanism.

Please also tell me the other eligible services on which we can claim CENVAT Credit.

23 August 2013 Yes. you can take the cenvat on the service tax paid on GTA under RCM. but the same cenvat can be used for paying service tax payable by normal, not for RCM
