Cenvat Credit on Additional Duty (Capital Goods)

Dear Sir,
Presently we are taking 50% Cenvat Credit on Capital Goods (including Addl.Duty) in the current year and the remaining 50% in the subsequent year.
Kindly let us know, is there any amendment in the Excise Notification for avialing 100% Cenvat Credit in Additional Duty.

SSI under Not. 8/2007 are allowed 100% credit.
