PROBLEM IS THAT IF CENVAT CREDIT IS HIGHER THAN AMOUNT OF TAXABLE SERVICE SO WHAT ARE THE TREATMENT OF THIS CENVAT CREDIT AMT AND ANY EXCEPTION?
