let me know, one supplier who become a delaer, have no excise registration. The gatepass comes thired parties (Which is mension Our Company Name as a Consignee in gatepass)
In Purchase Order also no mentioned Third Party Name.
Can we take the cenvat credit of these gatepass?

The consignee is eleigible for availing credit. he need not be the buyer. The invoice should be valid.
