Respected Experts,
A Company has service tax input credit of 2,00,000,00/- after setoff of service tax payable every time . Can the company start an another service different from the old and claim the input credit of the old one??
pl clarify with necessary case laws..

Certainly the company can do so as there is no one to one correlation in ST. Credit of one service can be utilsied by another.
