dear expert,
during the audit of the company i found in the month of november company is not taken cenvat credit in respect of a excisable purchase,
i want to know that can company is take cenvat credit in next month or what????
pls tell me and if possible send me notes on cenvat credit

Cenvat credit can be taken any time later as long as it is eleigible and valid documents exist.
