please tell mecan take cenvet credit on rejected goods on own issue invoice , when all material send back by customer to us and customer have not excise no.

you have take cenvet credit on rejected goods if your customer return the original bill and transporter copy of your bill.
and also on original bill it write
" rejected due to quality problem/overschedule etc."
and make stamp of address with sign and date of rejection.
