07 July 2014 Hello,

We are in the process of centralised registration due to centralised accounting purpose,so my question is that "Can we do accounting from a office other than centralised office.?" or can we have two office one is central office and another for centralised accounting only..

07 July 2014 accounting can be done from any office but service tax reg from centralised office only.

07 July 2014 Thanks Tushar..but i have one confusion that if you are saying that accounting can be done from any office, then what is purpose of centralisation..?

07 July 2014 for taking decision as to most of dec for payment and other major dec will be taken at centralised dec.
