We are installing new P/M to increase the production. Service tax has bee charged by contractor for installing the same. Whether such service tax is eligible for credit & if yes then when??? we have not used that P/M yet

If you have paid the duty on manufacturing activity or providing any services then you can avail the cenvat credit of input services.
