Casual Vacancy Of a Director

As we all know filing F-32 is necessary upon appointment of a person whenever there is a casual vacancy. My Query is when the term of office of the original Director expires(rotation at the AGM), director so appointed in casual vacancy automatically vacates office, unless he is appointed as a Directorat the AGM. In this Particular case, the director so appointed in casual vacancy gets appointed at the AGM.Do we need to file F-32.

No need to file form 32
Provisions of rotational retirement are applicable to section 262 director.
Hence as per general rule there is no need to file form 32 on re-appointment due to rotational retirement as there would be no change in BOD.
