26 March 2018 Yes... If you will Cash sale to a Person then it's not exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs in a Year...

Also it's applicable to Unregistered dealer. In case the Buyer is registered dealer then the limit is not exceeding Rs. 10k in a day and one Bill Value...
