From which F.Y. Sec.40A(3) has been effected for cash payments more than 20,000/- from at a time payment to aggregate payment.

by the Finance Act, 2007, w.e.f. 1-4-2008, it means from F.Y. 2008-09.... i think u had the right answer bt ws confused.... now be clear.....
