As per income tax act Cash flow statement is mandatory in annual statement.
Our manufacturing company (turnover Rs.25 crores)

It is mandatory because U/s 2(40) of the Companies Act 2013 cash flow statement has been included under the definition of Financial Statement. You may get guidance from your Boss or from the Auditors.

there is no mandation of cash flow under income tax. it is mandatory in company law only.
