I'm B.COM and working with a small shipping company as an accountant but i want to work with top MNC as an accountant with high remuneration. For that what will i have to do or study pertaining my present job also?

As presently u r working as an accountant.
first try to understand all the basic function of accounts which is require for u in future Like- TDS,Service Tax, Taxation matters, accounting concepts, Fixed Assets (Dep, Register) etc.
Second thing u can do a additional degree like , MBA-Finance, CA (Inter) CWA(Inter) -2 Years duration, which is helpful & will provide additional benifit to your Work Experiance.
