24 August 2009 I think it deals with section 223 of IT ACT.A Private Co having more than 25 lakhs Share capital with over 5 crore turnover and pending loan over 50laks needs a Company Audit report. But my question is there any tax payble or adjustment when co needs to submit caro report?
