01 January 2011 We have two separate Units but in the same Sales Tax Registeration.

Whether WB VAT shall be applicable on the Captive Consumption.

02 January 2011 Generally in regard to Sales Tax (vat) it can be shown as inter division transfers. But pl also consider if your goods are taxable under excise, if the jurisdiction differs, you may have to pay in the selling and take modvat credit in pur unit
