Capitalize cost reverse in current year

Hi,
As we use SAP in our organization. some cost of Rs. 10000 booked against Fixed Assets on 31.03.2011 and we capitalize the same.
But on 24.05.2011 the same is reversed. So can any one help me solve out this situation.
