dear expert,
during the audit i found that company purchase capital goods from delhi through retail invoice, so i want to know that company can avail inpur tax credit under vat system,
and company has registered in delhi with tin no. in delhi,
pls tell me clearly

On retail invoice you cannot claim input tax credit.
