Dear Expert,
My Client Has purchased a Flat at 2009 , and got registered it on March '13. He sold the flat on sep'15. the flat is still under construction. Please guide me that what exemptions are available. Can we claim exemption u/s 54 of income tax or we have to go for 54F.
