I Purchased a land in year 2006-2007 for Rs. 500000 and construction is done in year 2011-2012 for Rs. 300000 and sale is made for Rs. 1500000 in year 2012-2013. Whether the gain will be LTCG.
or LTCG for land or STCG for Construction.
