14 January 2014 I have sold residential property in loss according to index. as I am retired I have not filed since no capital gain.transaction is about 10 YEARS OLD. CN ANY ENQUIRY COMEIN

14 January 2014 ten years is long ago...income is tax is enquiring but only for last 3-4 years..given that that it was loss, even 148 wont help the department..so you can rest peacefully.....
