Dear sir,
Recently i have read one query on capital gain and you have answered that query with example of case law.
sir, my query is that, my father sold house in 2013-14 ( which was purchased in oct 2006). and new house registered on my name in same year. New house has expensive than sold house. Now my father got notice in last month for return file. So can you suggest that in this case capital gain arise or not. Please guide me. Also give me your contact no. so that i will contact you regarding this.
