Capital gain from 2 propeties

30 September 2014 I have sold 2 properties in the same financial year, and hence capital gain from both the properties(Say 50 Lacs & 70 Lacs) . So can I buy one residential house of Rs.1.2 Crores to save capital gain on both the properties.
