14 May 2010 whether no objection certificate is to be obtained from Assessing officer for withrawal from the Capital Gain Deposit Account Scheme for investment?

14 May 2010 For periodical withdrawal sanction is not required. But for closure of the account, an application has to be made,with the approval of the Assessing Officer, to the bank in form G.
