10 June 2016 Mr.Ramu entered in to an agreement with a builder to purchase a Flat on 11/09/2010 with a value of 29,69,800 + taxes before construction.Now the construction finished,this property is not yet registered in Ramu's Name.Now John is willing to purchase the property for 39 lacs from Ramu.The builder will register the property in the name of John.Will Ramu's gain of 9lacs attract Capital Gain Tax?
