My assessee has sold land from which 10 Lac capital gain has arise .he is already owner of 3 residential houses shall he purchase one more residential house to exemt capital gain or where to invest for capital gain exemption

54F cannot be used. only 54 EC can be used.
07 June 2014
invest in 54EC - NHAI or REC bonds within 6 months of transfer.
