Is capital gain tax exempt on agricultural land situated at mauza Linga, tensil & district Katol, Maharasthra. According to criteria for 8 kms and population ?

I hope Katol is not a district in Maharashtra but it is a Tahsil place. All the above mentioned places are outside limit of 8kms from district Nagpur. Hence CG on agricultural land situated at above places is exempt
