1.The assesse Purchased land in assessment year 2007-08 via 3 different sale Deeds.
2.He started Selling land in after completion of 3 year via plotting on purchased land.
3. The sale took place for 2 year in 15 different sale deeds.
Can he take the LTCG of 15 plots in construction of NEW House Or the sale will be treated as income from Business & Profession.
