We have urban agriculture land which is occupied by slums and selling price of this land is less than jantri price. in this case how to decide selling price of land for the purpose of capital gain computation

I believe jantri price is similar to circle rates. If it is so, selling below such price would attract section 50C and it is quite possible that AO may consider jantri price as the sale consideration and compute capital gains accordingly.
