1) USUALLY INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION IS THROUGH CASH, BUT IT SHOULD BE CONTRIBUTED THROUGH CHEQUE.
2) A PVT LTD COMPANY SHOULD NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS OTHER THAN ITS MEMBERS, DIRECTORS AND RELATIVES.
