Cancellation of service tax registration

Sir
I am getting ST registration as Renting of immovable property service and filed the Service tax returns by paying the service tax regularly. At present my commercial rent may not cross 10 lakhs forever.
My question is - shall i continue to file my ST3 returns by collectiong and paying service tax OR Can i cancell my Service Tax Registration by surrendering original registration certificate. Kindly guide me

1. You need not collect service tax only because that you are registered under service tax law.
Since, you taxable turnover is below 10 lakh for previous financial year and also going to be less than Rs. 10 lakh in this financial year you not pay service tax.
3. check if the value of service provided is not going to exceed Rs 9 lakh you need not keep the registration
For further clarification please mail the query at sureshjain.nj@gmail.com and pay if you please Rs. 100 to 500 donation to the "KADAM" institute engaged in education to children of construction labours.
