Cancellation of registration - pls help

19 March 2018 Dear Experts

Can I cancel the Voluntary registration obtained on July 2017. Business is closed on December 2017. Turnover is less than Rs 5 lakhs.
I have rental income from commercial property for Rs 10,000 per month.
