A Director has resigned from the company. He also wants to cancel his DIN? Plz provide me with the necessay form & procedure..

Only for that reason DIN can't be cancelled.

Not possible to cancel /deactivate. Please see Clause (a) to (e) of rule 11 of The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.
