Dear Sir,
I have been filing ITR - 1 for last three years. Can I break filing my income tax return now because I am not doing any job now and there is no source of income (there is no income).

Yes if your income is nil , you can stop, but then they will send you letter to file itr, so keep filling nil return.

Yes, if you don't have taxable income or your income is within taxable limit than no need to file tax return.

Yes you can stop filing the Income Tax Return in the given scenario. But it is advisable to continue filing Nil Return showing whatever little Income you have.
