Can there be two partnership firms with same name and some partners being common in both the firms. If so:
i.what can be the legal and financial implications.
ii.Can One such firm lease its property for business to second such firm.

There is no restriction per se to have the SAME name firms.
Just to STRETCH the imagination to yet another IMAGINARY height.....
Is the Address of both the same name firm also SAME?????
When 2 entities are distinct and separate, they can very well enter into contract with each other.
