Can ipcc students give their final exam in 2yrs

Its very urgent .......... Can anyone let me know is their any such notifications has been issued by the ICAI regarding IPCC students may give their final exam before one year from their articleship completion period i.e. 3yrs.......... pls reply with some legal link if possible....

If Say For Eg. U Cleared IPCC First Group in May 11 then Attempt of final in May 14.
