Can in any condition my ca final pass result can be cancelled

14 August 2015 Sir i have an query,
i have cleared my ca final 1st group in may 2015 (as a provisional student) and due to some reason my principal has sent form 109 in which he/she mentioned my excess leave of 45 days due to which my articleship will extend to 10/12/2015 will this effect my first group result .

14 August 2015 I don't think so that It will effect... most probably u wil simply need to serve the additional period that's all

14 August 2015 No it wont affect the result at all.
You will be required to make the excess leave period. Wait till you get the letter from ICAI for making up the excess leave articleship. You can very well continue with your other things in a routine manner viz. study.
(By the way,can you explain HOW CAN YOUR PRINCIPAL SEND 109 AS OF DATE OF QUERY SAY 14/08/2015 FOR THE PERIOD UPTO 10/12/2015?) OR this is a hypothetical query.

and sir actually my principal want me to work for 8-10 hours and even on Sunday when I refuse to do so then they terminate me and get my sign on form 109 in which they mention my excess leave of 45 days due to which I am very tensed.

17 August 2015 Now you are turning not only IDIOT but BLIND as well. Why did you sign it at all? There is definitely something wrong on your part as well.....please, what is it?

And if you feel that you are innocent, please escalate the matter to ICAI.
