hello friends,
i was in first year of articles which iam doing in Mumbai.now i want take termination from my ca and join another ca in Jaipur and also take transfer in the month of August 2011.
is it possible to take termination in 1st year of articles?
please suggest on what grounds icai will agree for termination in first year of articles.

If i am not wrong, u r currently in 1st year of articleship in Mumbai and want to shift your base to Jaipur. I am very much sure that institute allows the transfer for the reason mentioned above unless the principal under whom you are registered has any objection for such transfer.
If the principal is agreeing to, than i am sure institute will not have any issues.
