25 May 2009 No you cannot Practice simultaneously as Advocate and CA. In either case you have to surrender your practice. Even with your name you can use only one as Advocate or CA

You cannot Practice simultaneously as CA & CS &ICWA. but i think it is not for Advocate and CA.
