sir
i converted from ipcc to ipc under direct entry scheme with degree qualification on 16-08-2013, my articles complete 9 months on 20-05-2014, and exams started from 27-05-2014 i completed ITT & Orientation too. can i eligible to write the ipc exams...???

unfortunately no. the requirement for completion of 9 months is to be complied as on 1 May 2014. please refer
"Candidates registered for the Intermediate(IPC) Course/ATC, under the above mentioned category and also completed or would be completing 9 months of practical training ( including study course for a period of 8 months which shall commence from the date of registration to the course) as on 1st May, 2014. Please refer the Important Announcement dated 09.04.2013 hosted in the students>Board of Studies Announcements section of www.icai.org"

in this case your attempt comes only in nov 2014 as you are not eligible for may 2014 exam.
