I had completed articleship in 2001, I appeared for group1 in 2009 and scored nearly 40 marks in each subject . iam practicing tax consultant, iam 36 yrs, my query is can complete c.a. now I can spend 3 hours a day for studies

If you think you can, then you definitely can. Getting 3 hours for study should not be difficult for you since you are working as practicing tax consultant. Further your work exposure will also be useful in your study. So just stay positive and give your best shot at clearing CA.
