Yes. As long as inputs, are used in or in relation to manufacture. Capital goods are used ( partially at least) for excisable goods and inputs services used for manufacture or clearacen of goods.

I also wanted to know that "can EOU/EHTP etc. can avail the credit of input vat when it supplies manufactured goods to--
